Improvements

• Added a placement cursor to the Prop Generator which now shows the origin location and rotation of a prop while placing it
• Added snap points to Cog Building and Field Office props
• A couple of localizer changes

Fixes

• Doors placed in prop saves prior to Beta 2023.1.4.0 will now properly convert
• Fixed some NPC names being blocked by the profanity filter
