Improvements

• Courtroom Catastrophe now selects randomly from a list of Toons as opposed to Greeners vs Toon Resistance
• Removed some debug messages that would clog up the log files
• Localization improvements
• Experience and merits will now be shown simultaneously during the reward screen

• Fixed a long standing issue where the drop shadow textures would load incorrectly upon switching zones
